Mark Cassol, MD

Dr. Mark Cassol is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract, refractive, and eyelid surgery. He has completed thousands of surgeries in each of these areas and has spoken locally and nationally. He also trained many residents and fellows. He won the Moran Teaching Award at the University of Louisville for the best teacher. He was elected to be the President of the Louisville Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a fellow of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He had been recognized by the Consumers' Research Council of America as one of America's Top Ophthalmologists.
