Thomas Harper, MD

Dr. Harper is originally from Greenville, Kentucky. After working as a chemical engineer in the nuclear power industry, he pursued medicine, completing medical school in Louisville and his ophthalmology residency and retina fellowship at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami. He also served a one-year appointment as Chief Resident, teaching surgical techniques to residents.
